Remodel scenarios
- A 1950’s house with the original vinyl composite tiles. Job requires us remove tile, strip mastic and paint, score a 32” diagonal grid pattern, stain one color and seal or wax. The cost would run approximately $4.25 per square foot
- A 1990’s house with wall to wall carpet and sheet vinyl in the kitchen, utility and baths. Job requires us to remove sheet vinyl and carpet, strip mastic and paint, score a 32” diagonal grid pattern, stain one color and seal or wax. The cost would run approximately $3.50 per square foot
- A 1990’s house with wall to wall carpet and sheet vinyl in the kitchen utility and baths. Job requires us to remove sheet vinyl and carpet, strip mastic, stain one color and seal or wax (no scoring). The cost would run approximately $3.00 per square foot
New construction senarios
- A custom built home pre-sheetrock and insulation. Job requires us to scrub slab, score a 32” diagonal grid pattern, stain one color, seal or wax and cover. The cost would run approximately $2.50 per square foot.
- A custom built home pre-sheetrock and insulation. Job requires us to scrub slab, score a double grid pattern with three colors and a compass rose in the entry, seal or wax and cover. The cost would run approximately $3.50 per square foot
- A custom built home pre-trim and paint. Job requires us to scrub slab, (NoScoring), one color, seal or wax and cover. The cost would run approximately $2.00 per square foot.
Custom designs or logos are priced on a per job basis
Refinishing or Sealing
- Re-seal exterior concrete .75 per square foot
- Re-apply wax or floor finish .30 per square foot
- Re-seal interior concrete $1.50 per square foot
Exterior concrete staining (new concrete pours)
- Stain and seal driveway no scoring .90 cents per square foot
- Stain and seal patio with 32” diagonal grid with border $2.50 per square foot
